WHAT EVENTS CAN TAKE PART?
Any Event. As long as our event is Legal and Ethical it will be considered. We will asses every event that wants to take part to see if it fits with the ethics of the charity. This however is never normally an issue.
WHAT TYPE OF EVENT CAN IT BE?
You could be having a party. it could be a conference, a seminar a corporate event. You could be holding a band night, a normal gig, a DJ night or acoustic set. It could be a regular event, a one off event, a new years eve party.
Any event goes. Even if it is one you have had before and just want to support the charity. Anybody can take part.
HOW DO I KNOW THE MONEY GOES TO THE CHARITY?
Simple. You pay through a Just Giving Page that is linked to the charity. the money will then go directly to them. We do not take a single penny from the event.
CAN I PICK ANY DATE?
Yes, as long as we have Availability on your day of choice.
We will always aim to fulfill your request but sometimes it may not be possible due to availability of staff and equipment.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
We get to support a charity that is close to our heart.
You will be required to show a banner saying you are supporting out 1Event a month. This will have out logo on, apart form a small bit of exposure we gain no financial benefit at all.
IS THERE A MINIMUM PAYMENT?
The smallest amount is £100. This is usually our 1000w system for a party.
The most you can pay is £350 for this service. This is due to events over this price range needing larger technical support that we can not support without fees.
CAN I HAVE MORE THAN 1 EVENT
We only do this event once a month. You can have multiple events over different months, however if there is a large demand for the service we will need to let other people have a chance at supporting the charity.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR ME?
To start with you would be supporting a great charity for an event you would be holding anyway.
